Identity Crisis Cure
Haggai 2:23 – “I will make you like a signet ring, for I have chosen you,” declares the LORD Almighty.
The crisis among men today is deep confusion about who we are and whose authority we carry.
Too many sons of the Kingdom are standing on the sidelines, watching the battle instead of stepping into it. But the Father’s call still echoes: “I have chosen you.”
When God spoke to Zerubbabel in Haggai, He wasn’t talking about a trinket.
The signet ring was the king’s seal ●his identity
●his authority
●his approval
Whoever bore that ring didn’t act in his own name; he acted in the king’s.
That’s what Christ has done for us. He has placed His mark upon us.
We are emissaries, not spectators.
Ambassadors, not attendees.
You Wear His Authority
As Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 5:20, “We are ambassadors for Christ.” That means when we speak truth, when we serve, when we take ground for the Kingdom, we’re not freelancing—we’re representing the King Himself.
Authority isn’t arrogance. It’s ownership of identity.
It’s understanding that
when
heaven sends you
hell can’t stop you!
Quit Waiting for Permission
Matthew 28:18–19 reminds us of Jesus’ final charge:
“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore, go…”
The world has conditioned men to mistrust authority or rebel against it.
Culture tells us
leadership is oppressive
and
submission is weakness.
But in Christ, authority is redeemed
it’s righteous rule under a righteous King.
You don’t need to ask for permission to do what He’s already commanded.
You carry the commission.
You bear the King’s ring.
Move with confidence.
Speak with conviction. Act with courage.
From Beggars to Beneficiaries
Ephesians 1:3 says, “Blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing.”
2 Peter 1:3 adds, “His divine power has granted us all things for life and godliness.”
How does our identity benefit us?
We’re not beggars waiting for crumbs
we’re beneficiaries of the Kingdom.
This isn’t prosperity gospel. It’s Kingdom reality.
Too many men live broke in spirit, waiting under the table for scraps of purpose or validation.
But Kingdom men are heirs—heaven’s resources are already wired into your life.
You don’t have to strive for what’s already been given; you have to align yourself with the truth of who you are.
So hear this call:
“Get up from below the table dinner is served and authority is waiting!”
The Call
Men, your identity isn’t in your failures, your job, or the world’s opinions
it’s in the mark of your King.
He’s not looking for men to polish the armor. He’s calling men who will wear the seal, stand in their God-given authority, and advance His Kingdom.
So lift your head.
Look at your hand.
The King’s ring is on it.
Now go—and represent Him well.
