“Then the LORD said to Moses, ‘Why do you cry to Me? Tell the people of Israel to go forward.’”
Men, armies aren’t built to sit still.
A soldier doesn’t enlist to polish boots or admire his sword. He trains to move when his Commander calls.
God has called us.
God has built us.
God has armed us.
And now
He commands us: MOVE.
Movement changes things. It shifts the atmosphere. It stirs the still waters.
If a fish breaks the surface, the ripples tell the fisherman there’s life beneath.
Men—it’s the same with you.
When you move in the Spirit, your family feels it, your brothers notice it, and the world sees there’s life in you.
1. GOD’S ARMY: BUILT TO MOVE
“The LORD thunders at the head of His army.” — Joel 2:11
God’s not looking for motionless monuments. He’s calling for men in motion.
He didn’t call you just to believe—He called you to advance.
The command to Moses at the Red Sea wasn’t “pray harder,”
it was “move forward.”
“Why do you cry to Me? Tell the people to go forward.”

Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is stop praying about what He already commanded and start walking it out.
2. MOVEMENT CREATES RIPPLE EFFECTS
When men move, everything around them shifts.
Like bass you don’t just hear but feel—it shakes walls, rattles windows, wakes the sleeping.
“These men who have turned the world upside down have come here also.”
Acts 17:6
Real spiritual movement isn’t quiet.
It echoes through homes, churches, and cities. It signals life.
3. THE ENEMY OF MOVEMENT: STAGNATION
Sin will paralyze you.
Self-pity will anchor you.
Stagnation will rot your spirit.
“Let us lay aside every weight and sin which clings so closely, and run with endurance.”
Hebrews 12:1
“Moab has been at ease since his youth… and has not been emptied from vessel to vessel.”
Jeremiah 48:11
Moab was cursed because he sat still. Stagnant wine spoils.
Men who wallow in sin or comfort stop leading. Stop protecting. Stop advancing.
That’s not who God called you to be.
4. BIBLICAL MEN WHO MOVED
Abraham left home on nothing but a word. (Genesis 12:1–4)
Israel stepped toward the sea before it split. (Exodus 14:21–22)
Joshua claimed ground only by walking it. (Joshua 1:3)
The paralytic rose and walked at Jesus’ word. (Mark 2:11)
The disciples dropped their nets without debate. (Matthew 4:20)
David ran, not crept, toward Goliath. (1 Samuel 17:48)
The four lepers said, “Why sit here until we die?” and sparked a miracle. (2 Kings 7:3–9)
Faith is motion. Obedience has legs.
You don’t wait for the waters to part—you step in and watch them move.
5. FAITH MOVES FIRST
“By faith they passed through the Red Sea as on dry land.” — Hebrews 11:29
“We walk by faith, not by sight.”
2 Corinthians 5:7
Faith doesn’t wait until it feels safe.
It trusts God enough to move when the way looks impossible.
God’s power often shows up after obedience, not before.
He makes the way—you take the step.
Stop over-praying what He’s already commanded.
Faith without movement is dead. (James 2:17)
6. THE FIVE STONES OF MOVEMENT
CAVETIME DNA
Show Up
The first act of obedience.
Worship
Movement of the heart.
Prayer
Movement of heaven to earth.
Word
Movement of truth into darkness.
Community
Movement together, shoulder to shoulder.
These are not static disciplines; they are active postures.
They shape men into soldiers ready to advance.
7. WHY MOVE?
BECAUSE GREATER IS COMING
> “The latter glory of this house shall be greater than the former.” — Haggai 2:9
“Forgetting what lies behind… I press on.” — Philippians 3:13–14
God never calls a man to retreat.
He calls him forward—into greater faith, greater obedience, greater glory.
Don’t build a safe camp.
Be the man who hears the Commander thunder and answers with movement.
When men move:
Families stand.
Churches revive.
Nations tremble.
8. THE CHARGE
Men—hear this.
God has called His army.
He has built His army.
He has armed His army.
Now—He commands His army: MOVE.
Sin will chain you.
Comfort will dujll you.
The enemy will whisper, “Stay put.”
But the Spirit of God says,
Rise.
Walk.
Advance.
Your family is waiting for your movement.
Your brothers are counting on it.
This generation is desperate for it.
Don’t sit in the camp when God is thundering at the head of His army.
Cast off stagnation.
Cast off fear.
Stop your bitchin’—and MOVE.
